Welcome to my first blog post! I'm looking forward to sharing all things Disney with you. It's something that I love and know well, so if there is anything you'd like to know, please ask. For now, I'm going to start with something I've been asked about on several occasions. How much time do you need to plan a vacation for me? That question has multiple parts to the answer, so I'll do my best to explain it.
What many first time guests do not realize is that a little bit of planning can go a LONG way in helping to make sure that your trip flows smoothly. That's not to say that a last minute trip can't be planned (I've done that before myself), but you should know that your options will be limited when it comes to making dining reservations or snagging Fast Passes for rides. Some like to go with the flow though, so do what you feel comfortable with!
For those who are planners, this part is for you. When I'm booking for clients, I suggest that they book at least 7 months in advance. There are several reasons for this. For starters, it gives you time to talk me so that we can make decisions that will best meet your family's needs. As deadlines approach, I'm on top of reaching out to my clients in order to receive input about restaurant reservations, Fast Pass selections, and applying discount offers that may become available after booking.
Exactly 180 days prior to vacations, Advanced Dining Reservations open for table service meals. Based on any discussions I've had with my clients prior to this date, I secure locations for them. This can be tricky and is where things can become stressful/crazy when booking on your own. Some locations actually SELL OUT on the day the reservations are released for booking. This is why many people are grateful to have my help. I set my alarm for 4:45 a.m. and make sure to get online immediately when Advanced Dining Reservations opens up so that I can book all available dining options. No stress for you!
Fast Passes become available 60 days prior to arrival for guests staying on the Walt Disney World Resort property (30 days for all others). My clients are notified in advance when this date is coming along with suggestions for some of the most popular attractions. I then book these Fast Passes which will allow them to make the most of their day at each of the theme parks. Once again, I am up bright and early to secure these for my clients. Sleep in and relax!
If, at any time, a discount becomes available after my clients initially book a reservation through me, I am able to apply the best featured offer. Prior to making any changes, I always discuss the options with my clients. They are right by my side every step of the way. It truly makes me happy when I am able to not only help create a dream vacation but also to save my clients money too. Let me help you get the best deal!
For those of you who are looking to book on your own, I hope this helps. If you'd like my assistance, booking with me doesn't cost anything extra, and I am happy to help with all that is mentioned above and more.
